Providing mediation between couple and on-site planner.

Qualifying the needs and preferences of the couple. Identifying their styles and clearifiying what is really important to them. Having them paint their picture.

Eliminating the headaches of delayed responses and possible miscommunications that can arise dealing with foreign countries.

Consulting on Ceremony & Reception Venue options

The booking of all ceremony, cocktail & dinner reception details:
Ceremony – officiant, decorations, chairs , music
Cocktail reception – music , food/ beverage

Dinner reception – consulting on menu choices, arranging any guest dietary needs. Arrangment of sound systems, table settings, music , centerpieces, etc. etc.

Photography – a most important component. providing profiles or portfolio to couple to review in advance. If necessary providing local recommendations for alternative, local top quality photographers.

Flowers- bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, providing options and on occasion creating a more tailored arrangement to meet the brides preference.

Center peices- providing options.

Cake – assisting with the selection process. Possible customization dealing with on-site pastry chef.

The arranging of all requested private events; tours , barbecues, welcome cocktail parties, etc. etc.

Scheduling of meeting with on-site wedding coordinator and a rehearsal for wedding Party.

Scheduling of bridal parties. Hair and makeup.

Scheduling of Spa Treatments for couple.

Scheduling of possible private transfers.

Providing couple with a “Time line”, reflecting all scheduled appointments and events/activities.

Providing a “Wedding Organizer Report” reflecting all details of both ceremony & reception, along with a “complete cost break down”. The couple will need to proof this and sign off.
